Matt Sikes is a certified residential real estate appraiser with nearly 20 years of experience working in the Wichita market area. He is a past president of both the South Central Kansas MLS and the Greater Kansas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is the owner of Courtley Jackson Company Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants.

Bill Turner is the mortgage underwriting manager at Members Mortgage Services. Bill has been adjusting to mortgage industry regulations changes for more than 30 years as a loan officer, sales manager, QC, forensic reviewer and underwriter.
