With more than 20 years of experience in residential mortgage lending, Tammi brings deep expertise in secondary market loan programs, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines. Her background includes underwriting, processing, secondary market requirements, HMDA compliance, TRID, post-closing, and loan origination systems.

Tammi has a unique ability to bridge the gap between sales and operations, helping both sides better understand each other’s needs, challenges, and opportunities. Her collaborative approach supports stronger communication, smoother handoffs, and a more efficient overall mortgage process.

Prior to her current role, Tammi held leadership positions at Fidelity Bank and INTRUST Bank, where she supported mortgage operations and production teams, contributing to improved workflow, compliance, and overall performance.

She is passionate about leveraging technology and reporting tools to drive efficiency, enhance visibility, and support scalable mortgage operations.
